ROMERO BRITTO (Brazil): NEO-POP CUBISM 
          13th May – 12th June, 1999


Colourful, vibrant images from an artist who left behind the poorest quarters of Brazil to define the effervescent style known as 'neo-pop cubism.' Britto is perhaps best known for the bright playful images that he contributed to the Absolut Vodka advertisting campaign, ranking him alongside Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Kenny Scharf and introducing his distinctive style to millions around the world.
